We Offer A Wide Range Of Sports. Something For Everyone!

Touch Rugby is a minimal contact sport played on a grass field. The game emphasises running, agility, passing, catching and communication. There is no tackling, scrumming or kicking involved. This makes it appealing to a wide range of ages and abilities, from juniors to masters and from slight to heavy builds.

Objective: The winning team is the one that scores the most goals in the allotted time frame.

Competition format: Mixed gender team, Fun for both male and female players.

Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles).

Objective: To play the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to play a valid return. The player who is unable to return the ball will not gain a point, while the opposite player will.

Competition format: Men’s singles, Women’s singles or mixed doubles.

5-A-Side Football is a variation of association football in which each team fields five players (four outfield players and a goalkeeper). Other differences from football include a smaller pitch, smaller goals, and a reduced game duration.

Objective: To score more points than the opposing team by getting the ball into the opposing team's net.

Competition format: Teams can be mixed gender.

Dodgeball is a game in which players on two teams try to throw balls at each other while avoiding being hit themselves.

Objective: To eliminate all members of the opposing team by hitting them with thrown balls, catching a ball thrown by a member of the opposing team, or forcing them to move outside the court boundaries when a ball is thrown at them.

Competition format: Mixed gender team, Fun for both male and female players.

Squash is a racket sport played by two (singles) players in a four-walled court. It is an exciting, court-based game for all ages and abilities.

Competition format: Men’s singles or Women's single

Squash 57 is played on a squash court, is easy to pick up, great fun and provides a good cardio workout. Squash 57 uses a bigger bouncier ball and a bigger racket than squash, meaning players have more time to reach the ball and it’s much easier to hit back. Whatever their level, players can enjoy longer rallies and more action on court.

Competition format: Men’s singles or Women's single

Objective: The players must alternate in striking the ball with their racket and hit the ball onto the playable surfaces of the four walls of the court. The player who scores 11 points first wins the game.

Netball is a ball sport played by two teams of seven players. Games are played on a rectangular court with raised goal rings at each end. Each team attempts to score goals by passing a ball down the court and shooting it through its goal ring. Players
are assigned specific positions, which define their roles within the team and restrict their movement to certain areas of the court. During general play, a player with the ball can hold on to it for only three seconds before shooting for a goal or passing to another player.

Objective: The winning team is the one that scores the most goals in the allotted time frame.

Competition format: Women’s teams only
